Bundled Product Discounting Setup (Non-Package Items)
- Go to Inventory Menu, choose Setup, then Product Discounting Setup, and click Add Discount to create a new price band (product bundle discount).
- Enter a name for the discount so you can assign it to products later.
- Choose Mix‑n‑Match: Yes or No.
- Select Yes if you want all products using this discount to count together toward the quantity needed for the lower sale price.
- Select No if each product must reach the quantity threshold on its own.
- In Band Minimum Values, start with 1, then add each quantity level where the price should drop (for example:
1, 7, 14).
- In Band Prices, enter the matching price for each tier in the same order (for example:
$5.00, $4.50, $4.00). Each price corresponds to the quantity tier in the same position.
- Save the price band, then open Products & Services, edit a product, and choose your new price band from the Price Band / Discount Plan dropdown.
- Save the product, and the discount will now apply automatically at checkout based on the quantities purchased and whether mix‑n‑match is enabled.
