I forgot my username and password, how do I reset it?

If you have misplaced or forgotten your password or username, there is a button on the login screen that reads "Forgot Username or Password". Clicking this will activate a popup that asks you for your email.

Please note for the software to send you a reset email, your employee account in the software must have an email address entered in it. If for any reason you do not have an email address on your employee account, you can have another user log in and add it to your employee account (Email Address), (Manager or Admin access level). If this is not an option please contact support.
